This week was my good friend Ashleys' birthday and I had myself a great time baking and decorating some homemade cupcakes for her. I was so proud of my decorating I had to take a picture. yum!

My mom and i went to the Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine festival this past week and before I was sent home sick we managed to watch the sun rise with big beautiful balloons everywhere! They were amazing. This was my first time seeing an actual hot air balloon and they were amazing and just pure happiness!

Church of New Orleans

I thought this building was beautiful! I know its a landmark, but from the blue skies, the huge courtyard and the symmetrical surround i just loved the whole package. 

Nina and Hugh

This is my lovely friend Nina and her boyfriend Hugh. On our venture through the French Quarter where they are moving too I couldn't help but be completely enamored which all the houses and charm. This house was one of my favorites! The color is happy, the windows, doors and shutters are charming and the steps are classic!
